2. Services Offered

Pure 3 Cloud Mining LTD offers an online TRX mining service where users can deposit TRX funds and receive a daily return of 3% on their investment for the lifetime of the investment. Payouts will be processed within 24 hours of the request.

3. Account Creation

To create an account, users must enter their TRON address and send funds to the invoice generated by the Company. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your TRON address and any associated private keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Account Limitations: Each user is permitted to hold only one account ID for personal use.

Policy on Multiple Accounts: We maintain a strict policy against multiple account ownership. Users are not allowed to invite family members to create separate accounts or to create additional accounts for themselves.

Consequences of Violations: Any violation of this policy may result in the permanent suspension of your account, with no option for reinstatement.

4. Affiliate Program

We offer an affiliate program where users can earn commissions based on the investments made by individuals they refer. The commission structure is as follows:

• 5% from the investments made by level 1 referrals

• 2% from the investments made by level 2 referrals

• 1% from the investments made by level 3 referrals

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Users can deposit TRX funds into their accounts and request withdrawals. All withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 hours. You acknowledge that all transactions are final and that we will not facilitate the reversal of any deposits or withdrawals.

Cryptocurrency investments involve significant risks, including high volatility and potential loss of capital. By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept that:
